Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please address all you comments or complaints to the reception, so that we can see to them immediately and you can see results even during your stay.

If a problem that cannot be addresse immediately occurs, please contact our management by e-mail:

  • Check-in from 2pm to 8.00pm, self-service check-in at the hotel can be used at any time after 20:00.
  • Check-out before 11.00am
  • The whole premises are non-smoking (Penalty 50 EUR). 
  • Deposit – upon arrival a deposit of 2000 CZK or €100 is required for hotel services; the deposit will be returned at check-out. Deposit is accepted in cash or pre-authorization of your credit card.
  • Cancellation policy/Pre-payments – these conditions depend on the offer and type of reservation. Non-refundable reservations are charged 100% on the day the reservation was made. These reservations are 100% non-refundable for all circumstances and reasons of non-arrival. Standard reservations are not charged in advance. Cancellation of standard booking conditions depends on the offer.
  • A picture ID (national ID or passport) is required upon arrival.
  • Change of room available for CZK 750 or €30.
  • Cancellation of discounted “non-refundable” reservations can’t be refunded nor a change in the date can be requested.
  • Reservations on flexible basis can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival.
  • Group room reservations need to be prepaid.
  • Children and extra beds:
    • Childern up to 6 years of age not requiring an extra bed stay free of charge.
    • Children up to 2 years of age in a crib for 125 CZK of €5.
    • Extra bed regardless of age 652 CZK or €25 per day.
    • Each room accommodates one extra bed.
    • Cribs and extra beds are provided upon requirement before arrival.
  • The hotel’s nightly rest is from 22:00 until 06:00.
  • The guest is responsible for any damage caused to the hotel.
