Cancellation policy for reservations affected by COVID-19

In these uncertain times when the safety and protection of guests and members of our team remains our top priority we have created exceptions to the cancellation policy that apply to bookings from March 16, 2020.

For guests with existing bookings for any future arrival date with prepaid rates, including bookings with a 100% cancellation fee, we allow changes to the arrival date if the change is made by June 30, 2020. In addition, bookings with a 100% cancellation fee are eligible for compensation – 100% of the price of the stay in the form of a voucher or gift voucher. This voucher is valid for at least 12 months.

Please note that any changes to existing bookings will be subject to availability and any difference in rates.

For reservations affected by COVID by which has been already changed dates will be affected by restrictions announced by the Government of the Czech Republic or the Ministry of Health, specifically a ban on entry into the Czech Republic or restrictions on hotel operation due to a pandemic, you can request a free rebooking. The change has to be made before the expiration date reminded in cancellation conditions.

In case of new reservations made between from today till 24th of December 2020 we allow the change or cancellation of the reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the arrival date. For reservations with prepaid prices or in discounted package offers and last minute offers the guest can cancel the reservation free of charge 7 days before arrival.

Any changes to reservations will be subject to availability and any differences in rates.

The change in booking dates may be taken into account by special restrictions on events or days covered by the highest season, such as dates such as New Year’s Day or Easter.
